Sara has over 20 years of experience in the legal field. Much of her focus has been in the areas of corporate real estate, where she represented commercial and multi-family residential developments. Sara has also represented numerous corporations, developers, municipalities, and lending institutions in acquisitions and sales of real property, mortgage loan transactions, and office and industrial leases.
Sara’s experience also includes estate planning for veterans, preparing corporate organizational documents, and negotiating settlements for breach of contract in professional liability cases.
Sara graduated with distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law where she was an executive editor of the Nebraska Law Review. Prior to law school she graduated from the University of Nebraska with high distinction, where she was a member of the Innocents Society (the Chancellor’s senior honorary) and Phi Beta Kappa honor society.
Sara is licensed to practice law in Connecticut and Nebraska.
Sara is married with five children and resides in Austin, Texas.
