Machelle Engelstad is a Licensed Abstracter in Minnesota and she is a Trust Administration and Probate Paralegal. She has been with Thompson Law since January 1995. Prior to joining Thompson Law she was a paralegal for Attorney Robert Remark in Fertile, MN.
Ms. Engelstad conducts signing meetings with clients for trust administration, probate, and estate plans. She coordinates the details of Trust Administration and Probate matters for the firm’s clients. In addition, Ms. Engelstad assists clients with questions concerning funding, asset transfers, and confirming information about the client’s estate plan.
Machelle and her husband, Paul, also farm – primarily corn and soybeans. They have 3 children and 8 grandchildren. They enjoy spending time in Arizona in the winter (working remotely) and their lake cabin in the summer. As well as getting out on their motorcycle whenever possible.
