Creating an estate plan is an important first step. But it’s also important that the people you’ve chosen to help carry out that plan understand what they may be asked to do.

Thompson Law’s Trustee School is designed for successor trustees, powers of attorney, and family members who may need to step in if a loved one becomes incapacitated or passes away. We’ll walk through their roles, what they can expect, and some of the practical steps they may need to take when that time comes.
