Accountability Reviews are a structured review process designed to help our clients stay accountable for reviewing their estate plans with an attorney to ensure that the plan continues to meet our client’s needs. We take a client-centric approach in allowing the client to determine how often they feel they need to meet. In addition, these reviews have built-in time with a funding paralegal to discuss asset titling and help guide clients as they are maintaining the funding of their estate plan.
